How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?

We roast our specialty beans in small batches daily at our regional roasting facilities. Each bag is immediately packed in nitrogen-flushed bags with one-way valves to lock in flavor and aroma until it reaches your doorstep.

What is the difference between your whole bean and ground coffee?

Our whole bean coffee is ideal for those who prefer to grind fresh for each brew, preserving maximum flavor. Our ground coffee is a versatile medium-fine grind suitable for drip coffee makers, pour-overs, and reusable pods.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your coffee leaves our roastery.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! Our 'Subscribe & Save' program allows you to choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency. You will save on every order and can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Are Don Pablo coffees organic or fair trade?

Many of our selections, such as our Subtle Earth Organic, are CCOF Certified Organic. We prioritize ethical sourcing by working directly with farmers to ensure high quality and fair compensation through our Sharing Certified program.
